The Cost of Engaging a VA

We offer different levels and categories of Virtual Assistants based on experience and skill sets. Below is our pricing structure per month for a 40 hour working week:

** All rates quotes are in USD and cover ALL employment costs including computer, internet services and mandatory employment conditions of the Philippines including holiday schedule and working 8 hours per day

Hours: Monday to Friday between 7am and 6 pm.

Aligning to client working hours and holidays is available on request and may incur additional costs. 

VA Categories:

General VA: Administrative tasks, email management, customer support.

Intermediate Skills VA: Graphic design, video editing, website design, workflows, social media management.

Advanced Skills VA: Full-stack development, advanced automation, complex integrations.

Summary of VA Levels:

Level 1: Up to 1 year of experience.

Level 2: 1-3 years of experience.

Level 3: 3-5 years of experience.

Level 4: 3+ years of experience plus at least 1 year leading a team.

Level 5: 5+ years of experience with over 1 year leading a team.
